Factory head unit an RCA PRE-OUT?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know whether the GT Premium 'Shaker' sound system (with 9 speakers) have RCA PRE-OUT outputs for interfacing with an aftermarket Amp?

Does it also have a subwoofer output so I can connect to a powered subwoofer unit?

Factory sound systems do not have RCA Pre-outs. I would recommend hitting up @HextallS550 he makes plug&play harnesses to retain the factory head unit/controls and provide RCA outs.

You can also tap a line out converter into the rear speaker signal in the trunk to use with a subwoofer amp.

I'm just planning to use a Focal self-powered subwoofer box in the trunk.

Either method will work fine for that. Personally I prefer a harness/RCA out over the Line out converter, but the converter will be cheaper and simpler.
