Exterior sunshade/partial cover

For those in hot climates, does anyone have a recommendation for a partial-type shade or cover for the windshield or the top of the car? I don't mean the fold-up interior kind, i'm thinking of something more like the "Cool Cap" thing linked below, or a windshield-only cover (there are tons of brands and varieties).

It seems like the main concerns would be: does it blow away at the first gust of wind; would it scratch the paint; is it easy/quick to put on/off, and not too bulky to store.

@Zathras This is the first time I have seen this. Very interesting! Would like to hear others opinions as well. I would like to have something like this especially if its easy to use, does not fly away at the slightest wind gust and is fairly nice to the paint.
