They only do new car. (That’s why the under 41k miles and time from purchase limitations) These numbers are going to be quiet a way off from used car ESP. Lombard has a online quote for used Car ESP.

You missed post #70 which is for used cars. Ziegler does do used. I believe Flood does not.

Ford ESP over 3rd party any day. You can go to any Ford dealer without question. That alone makes it worth the extra bucks.

As far as the res delete that is a question for the ages. Maybe checkout this thread.

Now the way it should be is that unless your res delete mod directly impacts the defect your claiming on the ESP is "should" not be an issue. But that really depends on how your dealer presents the claim to Ford. Now the tread pertained to a car with Active Exhaust which you do not have. I would venture to guess that your res delete would not be an issue 99.9% of the time.

I do have Active Exhaust though, don't I? 2017 Shelby GT 350

And Saxgod, Ziegler does used as well, you just have to get an inspection form from any certified Ford dealer.

Yup, my bad. GT350’s were the first with active exhaust.

I called a Ford Esp rep to add extended warranty to my 2019 F150 King Ranch 4X4 31k miles. Bumper to bumper for 48mo 48k mile for $3200. That's about $300 less than Zeigler. I will have to pay a $130 inspection fee. They send out a contract inspector.

Anyone know how I can do better than $3200 for the same plan? Forum discounts etc...?

This truck has every option which could get very expensive out of warranty, It has 2 months and 30k left on the factory powertrain warranty. I only drive it about 6k miles per yr.

Thanks. I went back to Zeigler using the correct calc. They are at $1900 for the plan the Ford ESP rep quoted me at $3200.

That is way more like it. Ford direct will always be significantly more.
