Yeah me too... otherwise I'll just have to settle for plan b.) which is to buy a fox body, build up a 2.3L, turbo it, Cobra IRS, and make it look like this:

With big wide sticky tires... like 345's.

I ve seen some good videos for bassanni and borla s type exhausts that make the v6 sound really good. Has anyone seen seen axle back exhausts for 4cy turbos that give the car a deeper muscle car sound?

Found some nice videos from TFL showing off the ecoboost exhaust. Sounds good to me... Defiantly not as good as the V6 and V8 but that was expected.

Great perspective in that vid; looks like a good amount of acceleration is on tap in the EB from that angle. Not 5.0 levels of course, but pretty darn good. Like, V8 from just 5 years ago good.

And it really doesn't sound bad. It doesn't sound spectacular, but it doesn't sound bad either. I have a feeling many buyers will feel the delta in the exhaust notes between the EB and the GT is a fair trade for the lower initial cost, lower insurance cost, and lower gas cost.

100% Agree! We're pretty excited to get an exhaust on our EcoBoost and we'll have to make a thread once we they're on the car!

Has anyone seen any videos of aftermarket EB exhausts? Lots of love for the V8, not so much for the EB (although I guess the V8 is pretty cut-and-dry since most of it is carry-over)

Why is there no PSSHH from the blow off valve in any videos, is there a stock silencer?

I think the eco is going to be a blast to build as was my Focus ST! Great power!... BUT... I'm afraid the exhaust will never sound great unfortunately. I tried Borla...couple different downpipes,resonators etc...on my ST and it is what it is...a 4 cyl... I never could get a sound I wanted out of the thing. At idle and low revs sounded deep but as soon as the RPMs came up here comes the ricer sound we all dread. The power will be there in the eco but I'm going to be glad to be back in a GT with the V8 sound.
