Find someone who has the skill and equipment to weld stainless steel. They can weld up the holes, weld up a small reinforcement plate over the hoeles, and then weld the hangers back on to the reinforcement plates.

Now to the question, how did it break? Poorly welded hangers to exhaust and / or exhaust banging on the ground / speed bumps. Could be the picture angle, but that car / exhaust seems mighty low.

Yeah, take it to an exhaust shop and they’ll weld up it up

That looks like metal fatigue. Either they screwed up the welding process at the factory, or something is causing your exhaust to move around/vibrate an extraordinary amount. Have a good exhaust/welding shop weld it.
