Here's a question I can't easily find the answer to.
If I wanted to couple the ends of 2 pipes back together (both 2-1/2" pipes) do I just get exhaust clamps labeled such as 2-1/2" Torca Exhaust Sleeve Clamp?

I can't figure out if this Torca 2-1/2" clamp is made to fit AROUND a 2-1/2" pipe or if you need to go bigger to fit around a 2-1/2" pipe....like use a 2-3/4" clamp for a 2-1/2" pipe.
Probably the obvious answer is the 2-1/2" clamp fits around 2-1/2" pipes but I can't find that info stated specifically anywhere and don't want to assume.

(this is just in case I decide my soon to be installed Borla S axlebacks turn out to be a little too loud with my H-Pipe and I decide to put the OEM resonator back on. Will need clamps to marry up the 2-1/2" pipe ends.)
