Hello, first post.My eval experience.
Bought nice clean 2015 Mustang GT convert premium last Feb. from dealer with 28,000 mi. At 33,900 car started to blow warm at driver, cool at passengers.
Dealer diagnosed as "failed fan motor". Fixed for $300.00. One week later symptom returned.
Dealer diagnosed as "failed evaporator" saying the directional door was struck in between warm and cool. $2600.00 fix, 9 1/2 jhr. job, dash must come out.
I mentioned that it was widely known defect on the web, and the service advisor immediately said he would make a case to Ford. I had an extended warranty, but this was not covered.
Advisor called 2 hours later and said that Ford would cover $1350.00 of the repair. Car fixed with two year extended warranty on repair. Works great now.

I wonder if since 2015 Ford has a good part supplier now to avoid repeats as some have posted? All have safe, joyful holidays!
