Well no good deed goes unpunished. I found the problem, or at least I think I did. 3 key cycles and no light.

Car went to body shop, no lights. Got car back and it had a check engine light. I mentioned it to them and they said not their problem. Over the month and 1/2 they had it inside a mouse chewed up the wire harness that goes to the pressure sensor. Darned thing even built a nest right under the harness.

So after becoming a contortion artist and a few spliced wires am back in business. Anyway fingers crossed.

I'm getting the same P0453 code as you did. Can you please tell where the hell this is located and how i can become a contortionist as well

The mice ate the harness under the rear seat closest to the driver side body panel.

If you need the valve itself it is part of the evap line. Last time I looked up the part number it came back as un-avalible.

@K4fxd was the mice damage inside the car?
I've had this code for a while, was going to replace the fuel line with the sensor when I dropped the rear end to do a bunch of suspension mods.
may have to strip apart the interior as well...

Yes it was, under the rear seat. Happened while the car was at a body shop, but they denied responsibility.
