seems like a lot for Brisbane this load. Not sure the dealers will cope with this many deliveries. Been a bit slow in the Ford camp last few years.:ford:
Parsifal is about 10 k's out from Mooloolaba............Not too long now. :clap2:
I believe there are about 74 cars to be off-loaded at Brisbane. Will be interesting to see how long it takes 'Mr Ford" to process and deliver. Muz

Just spoke to my dealer, I did deposit and order on July 16th and they placed it in their system on July 18th! Gotta be happy with that :)

I share your pain mate....like I said earlier I have the "lost in the system" the "fallen through the cracks" sorry we can't find it car :frusty::mad:

Luckily I have a nice VF Redline to cruise around in in the meantime. Not the Stang but hey it's no 1996 Magna or Camry.
Spare a thought for someone I know who does a lot of business through a particular dealer, put an order in back in '14. He asked about a year later how his order was going? Their response; "We haven't ordered any Mustang"

For those wondering why ETIS doesn't work and why there isn't a sticker available - I got a response from Ford saying that they're building a new tracking site which is currently in pilot and ETIS might not always work. Also they have discontinued the window sticker. So if you want to get an update on your VIN, the best place is to contact ford service directly on the forums or the social media channels. Hope this helps!

I have a question-

Once your car is loaded onto the train, is it still approx 2 weeks to reach port? Is this the norm or do they reach port quicker??

Thanks everyone

I'm not sure about others (or whether anything in this process could be reliable termed "the norm"), mine was built on 9th Aug and I was advised by Deysha that it was at the port on 18th Aug. Maybe the state of confusion and chaos that exists is truly the norm!

Too right! Now their business dealings are ZERO!
I know of one salesperson who faithfully promised a customer he was top of the list for the new mustang before orders could be taken. Regular calls were made to the salesperson and always claimed "Its right, you are at the top there, I will call you when we can place the order." When it was originally announced it was coming to Oz, and orders were open, same person called the same salesman to find out finance details and getting the order done. Reply to potential customer was "What order, what list"

I just got this from Deysha

Yes, Darryn! It shipped out yesterday and it’s on its way to Baltimore. It should be there about a week. Unfortunately, once it arrives at the port in Baltimore, I’m no longer able to get info on it. You should contact your Ford Dealer or the Ford Australia Customer Relationship Center at +61(0) 386 133673 (13FORD) for more info. Have a nice day!
