ETIS and Window Sticker Process

Anyone know where to find a decode for the window sticker, in particular the numbers across the top? I've looked around and can't find a decode for the 2016 window sticker.

My Window sticker has the following:

FLR-000410 99 9-NORMAL,NX 100410,GE231 942 20160531 5421 <then a table AC1 (CERT), E (TRM), R (RAMP), N05 (EXFL) > <then my VIN in two parts> NX BU09

VIN seems to be 3 parts:
1FA6P8CF2 (Ford + Model?)
G5 (?)
then my 6 digit unique part (guessing)


Bottom Box has:
ITEM #: 9H-E840 O/T 2
GE231 N NXE2AD 614 000410 05 23 16



Mine is a GT Manual, Comp Orange

Hey all,

apologies if this is old ground, but trying to confirm a few things.

After reading the sticky a few months ago the following things have occurred and I'm not sure if things have changed

1) Car Ordered August 2015
2) Spoke to FordAU (facebook) and got VIN (on April 5th)
3) Was also told late May build (Sync 2)
4) my VIN on www.etis.ford.com said 30.11.0002 ( which I gather means unassigned)
5) Spoke to FordAU on 19th May..told being built this week
6) my VIN on www.etis.ford.com still says...30.11.0002 ( as of today)

So... does this mean it hasn't been built or assigned?
I think I understand the window sticker is a weekly update ( so can happen afterward..does this include the build date being updated after the event??)
If it slips past June 1 does that mean Sync 3?
and finally I see some people with cotus screenshots..look like you need a dealer username and password to use?

Edit: ooh, sorry, I lied, I just checked this morning and its been updated to 24.05.2016 (I checked yesterday and it hadn't).
