www.cotus.ford.com did not recognise my VIN either, well at least before it was built.

I checked it again today and it worked, my cars built and awaiting transportation......

The linked worked for me. I love the interior image (generic LHD). Unfortunately it doesnt give us in AUS any shipping details. I believe mine is still on a wharf in Baltimore

My Window sticker has the following:

FLR-000410 99 9-NORMAL,NX 100410,GE231 942 20160531 5421 <then a table AC1 (CERT), E (TRM), R (RAMP), N05 (EXFL) > <then my VIN in two parts> NX BU09

VIN seems to be 3 parts:
1FA6P8CF2 (Ford + Model?)
G5 (?)
then my 6 digit unique part (guessing)


Bottom Box has:
ITEM #: 9H-E840 O/T 2
GE231 N NXE2AD 614 000410 05 23 16



Mine is a GT Manual, Comp Orange

I've worked out most of the small (un-boldled) numbers on my window sticker, but still trying to figure out the bold numbers. I'm guessing they must be important numbers if they are bold.

I know FLR stands for Flat Rock, but that's about it.

Hello everyone, I am new here and this is my first post. MaxQ's post inspired me to register on this forum as we are in the same boat (hopefully literally). I used COTUS for the first time today and here is the screenshot.

To be noted is the unreasonable early estimated delivery date. I get no records when I put my VIN into trace and track.

I've ordered a Fastback GT Auto in Magnetic and am eagerly waiting for its arrive. Fun fact: today is exactly one year since I have placed my order

You should find a boat in around 3-4 weeks going by the experience of others

Accepitris, welcome to the forum.
Cotus is a USA only system.
The delivery date is not the time it arrives in Aus, it is when Ford USA expects to deliver the car to the customs and final acceptors in Baltimore. That is when it leaves the USA system and goes into limbo for a month until it is handed over to the shipping company.
While it is interesting, it has no relevance to our Aussie cars after they are built.
As your car was built around eleven days ago, you will have about a month until you can expect to see your car appear on a shipping track and trace.
