ETIS and Window Sticker Process

The reference to discontinued sticker site is the Ford hosted window sticker page, it has been dead for a significant amount of time, that info now delivered by other sites... Research Maniacs link in earlier posts will deliver what you need.

something is not right. If you car is scheduled to be built in next 6 days, you should have window sticker by now.

it still works. I just checked it. Disregard what they told you.
Also there is no way you can get you car delivered in April if its being built at the end of March. So I don't believe anything they said.

Pardon my ignorance, but how did you get you VIN? From dealer or Ford Australia Face Book.?
If you have your NSC code send it to Ford Australia FB messenger and confirm your VIN and build date.
They can provide you more reliable info than dealer.
No offence to dealers but every time I have spoken to the dealer, he has no idea and now he says we know more than him.
Unless you are given a fake VIN and are getting a cancelled order next month, pleasant surprise.

Just checked the first post of the thread which advises that the research maniacs site is updated weekly on Thursday so I am assuming that I should (maybe) be able to get my window sticker info on Friday. Last Friday was still over a week from the build date.

Ask the dealer to give you NSC code via email.
Send that VIN and NSC code to Ford Australia using Face Book messenger and ask for update/build date. You will get reply within 24 Hrs.

Ok now ETIS has completely updated with all of the details of the car.. Sync 2 for all the people who are interested in the window sticker difference.

It seems I have a Mustang!
