Just got off the phone with Ford
They are not willing to replace my rim, oh well.
However they are only offering me a 5 year 75,000 premium care warranty. I bitched and told them I was not satisfied with that. At a minimum I want 100,000 plus the extra 5,500 miles I already put on the car. They wouldn't budge and said they don't have any other plans. I told her that's a lie and they can make exceptions.
She mentioned they have a 5 year 100,000 power train warranty but it only covers 19 parts. The premium care covers 1,000+
Anyone able to get a better deal?
