If you’re under 36k, it’s warranted...

This was a common leak on the 2015/16 EBs. Not sure if Ford rectified the problem on the 2017’s, but I think there was a thread on here describing the fix (removing bolt from timing cover, put sealant on it and reinstall). Apparently Ford didn’t put enough sealant during assembly.

Correct. There is a thread about this specifying exactly the bolt/fastener casting it.. Have the dealer take care of it. I believe there's a gasket behind the belts that that changed on my car as well.

It's super common and Ford is aware of the issue. Take it to the dealeeshid and get it fixed under warranty. It's not going to hurt anything over time but it makes a mess and will cause you to lose a minute amount of oil. The covers didn't get a good bead of sealant around that area and most of them have this issue.
