This car was purchased in Atlanta while I have been working out of state. well after nearly two years I'm back in Katy, Texas. Well now that I am back, the state wants an inspection done.

I currently run a Stage 2 Procharger setup with Lund Tune. The emissions failed the Catalyst, O2 Sensor and Heated O2. Status NOT READY.

I did buy the complete kit originally with the Procharger tune. From what I can tell my options are basically to take off the belt and load the stock tune back up (from Ford) or load the Procharger tune (Would this even help?).

Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT:Now that I think about it, I have bigger injectors so the original Ford tune wouldn't work right, I guess?

Do you have long tubes? If not You can load your procharger tune or contact Lund and have them turn on you rear O2 sensors.

I don't have LTs, just a catback. I emailed Lund. Appreciate the reply.

If there is no visual inspection requirement and just OBDII Ive heard tuning can take care of this. However anytime ive posted asking for people who have passed to respond, nobody does. So Please post how you get this resolved!

I reloaded the Procharger canned tune and have all systems READY except, Fuel Sys and Evap. I'll update when I get those ready and have a passing inspection.

I'm telling you.... There is an issue going on with the readiness codes not setting with an aftermarket tune. My CAT, O2 and HO2 readiness codes will not set as "ready" and my mods are below....

I just posted a thread about this same issue. Lund told me my rear O2 sensors are turned back on and that all emissions readiness settings are set to stock and nothing's been messed with. I think now that the cars been out for over a year and people are having to get Emission inspections done we will begin to see more of this. If Lund can't get my readiness codes to set properly I'm going to have to remove the supercharger and reinstall the stock intake and injectors and flash the stock tune.

Well I passed but I had to load the Procharger canned tune and drive for a couple hundred miles.

Will the CEL come on if the readiness goes to not ready?

FYI, I received a reply from Lund and he sent a tune that would correct the the NOT READY status.

I did too.... But it will have them show "ready, not supported". So I don't know how that will work come inspection time. I'm going to try the 40mph for 5 minutes drive cycle and see if that works. Then I will try O2 spacers. Last resort would be to flash that tune which commands on the readiness codes

Yeah, you can look up the drive cycle procedure for Fords, it's a long list of crap to do. I ended up having to drive around 200 miles to get them all to set correctly.
