Hello everyone!

Apologies in advance if anything sounds stupid. I’m new to all of this and trying to this cars emission out. My registration just expired, And I have been dealing with the Ford drive cycle with no results. I took my car to a professional tuner and have a custom tune with HP tuners. My tuner has verified and talked with HP tuners and nothing has been altered with my O2 sensors. Neither of them understands why they won’t set. I had a defouler for my downstream 02 sensor its ran with that since it was tuned. We thought that was the issue and took it off and no CEL but still won’t set. Even replaced the both the 02 sensors because I have close to 120k miles still nothing.

Sensors that won’t set
  • Fuel sensor Monitor
  • Catalyst Monitor
  • 02 Monitor
  • 02 heater Monitor
  • EVAP
Mods
  • CVF race intercooler package
  • CVF Down pipe with high flow cat
  • Roush CAI
  • Turbo smart Blow off valve
  • MBR race exhaust
  • UPR oil catch can
  • NGK LTR7IX-11 (6510) 1-Step colder Spark Plugs
I have put something close if not past 1500 miles on my car and nothing still. I just purchased a used oem catted downpipe “mine was damaged beyond repair”. And I will have my tuner flash it back to stock and run it with the mods to see if they set if that doesn't work ill have the stock DP installed so I can just get it to pass smog, this is the quickest fix I can think of since it’s no longer street legal. Also I purchased a Kooks 3” green catted downpipe in hopes to not have to repeat this every year for emissions.

Can anyone help or explain why I am having such a damn hard time? Or what I am doing wrong, My thoughts are the CVF downpipe? I just realized it’s a 200cel cat. Maybe it doesn't matter but the new one I purchased from kooks is a 400cell. I am lost at this point thanks in advanced anyone.

Try a new stock temperature thermostat. It made my catalyst monitor go green.

Just as long as it's the stock temp. I think it's at least a 195. You might have a 160 in there. Get a new o-ring too.
