EDD Disappeared?

So three days ago, the EDD field on COTUS and the "Days Remaining" field just disappeared. Still showing "In Transit," but no info as to when. Did this happen to anybody else?

COTUS is just screwed up! I've had something similar happen to me twice so far, it will eventually show up again. I had it go back to awaiting shipment, when my dealer confirmed that it was already on a train and in a different city.....Won't ya be glad when you don't have to check it anymore?

The exact same thing happened to me on Wednesday evening. My car arrived to the rail yard in town on Tuesday, cotus disappeared on Wednesday, and car was delivered to dealer on Saturday evening. I was unable to track it or get any updates once it hit the rail yard. Have you been able to track the train? Maybe it is close ... :shrug:

My EDD was yesterday, at which point it disappeared off of COTUS. My car went into In Transit on 11/19, and apparently has been sitting on the ramp waiting for a truck since. No updates or insights from @FordService or my dealer. I REALLY wish it would arrive tomorrow or Monday.

Yes, same here, my EDD disappeared on Saturday and got a call from the dealer on Wednesday it was there, but COTUS didn't show delivered until Friday with actual delivery date. So yours should be close.

I've been tracking cars coming to eastern Wisconsin (extended inventory for Manitowoc, my closest dealer) for the past couple of months.

Out of 98 cars,
68 have been delivered
18 sold (no longer shown in ext-inv list)
and
13 are in limbo (no EDD's on cotus) ...

7 are AWAITING SHIPMENT of those 7:
3 had dates at one point but no longer
4 have never had dates since I started checking early Oct

6 are IN TRANSIT of those 6:
5 had dates at one point but no longer
1 has never had a date (not sure if this one has been listed since early Oct though)

I've seen other "In Transit ones that lost their EDD's" get delivered though, so I'm sure there is not a major problem. I'd guess your dealer could get you more details than cotus shows.

My EDD and countdown clock went away over a month ago never to return. Take COTUS with a huge grain of salt.
