Hi,

I recently just purchased the 15 ecoboost premium, and didn't get the performance parkage. I regretting this at the moment and not sure what to do.
Any advice?

I would like to add that I do not compete and am not looking to compete, but looking to just make this car last and enjoyable!

If you want to swap do it fast while miles are extra low. Otherwise if you want to feel good about performance and don't really plan to track it:

1) Swap rear gears for 3.55
2) Get a tune from COBB or Livernois or Bama etc.
3) Get some aftermarket springs like Eiback (when I test drove the non PP it seemed a bit bouncy)

Hey, we do not have a performance pack car either! We can definitely help you make your car more fun to drive! What type of aspirations do you have performance wise?

If you would like to see what we have been able to pull off:

Responses are a lot faster than I thought and yeah I kind of did that on purpose to attract more attention! :headbang:
But I'm only regretting due to the jealousy of the pp.
Don't get me wrong, I love my car, but would've loved it more if I had the pp.
Unfortunately a lot of eb with the pp were gone around the time i was purchasing.

But build-wise i was looking for a new tune, adding new suspensions, cai, brakes but later on when i do need to switch them out, catch-can, and idk whatever follows after.......possibly a true dual exhaust with the x or the H.

I do have to admit the car is a bit bouncy and for some reason, im getting the wind seep in through the driver side window. So when i drive over 35mph i get this annoying whistling sound, already went to the dealership to get it checked out but they couldnt figure it out and it was getting late so i told em i'd be going back in today.

you can fix the suspension for sure, and dealer should fix the 'wind seep' - but fixing jealousy is gonna be hard!

Yeah, guess I'll just work my way up!
It's just a let down to hear that off the roll, my car is going to lose to a optima or sonata turbo......

Yea idk where you got that idea from.

In terms of speed vs non PP it will pick up faster because of the PP 3.55 rear gears

huh...maybe I am wrong.
Glad to be wrong!
But yeah I think I've decided to make the suspension, Eibach Sport PLus suspension as my next upgrade, get rid of that hoppiness and lower the car.

How much of a difference is the 3.55 for the ecoboost?
I saw number for the GT but not the ecoboost... wondering how much that'll cost too

We don't have 3.55's in our car. It is not a must to go fast! Will it help it be QUICKER, yes. But remember the "lower" the gearing is the quicker on the low end the car is. But you lose top speed.

The PP car has an upgraded radiator, gearing and suspension is slightly different.

The pp doesn't do anything to the rear bumper. That's just all premium models that have the contrast diffuser

The biggest selling point for me was the GT's stock 14" brakes. That's a major feature that makes the package worth it
