EcoBoost Differential Vs GT Differential

Does anybody know of the EcoBoost manual diffs are the same as the GT. I'm aware that the automatic cars have aluminum housings and the manual cars have iron but does that follow down to base 4 cylinder EcoBoost? Trying to swap from 3.73 torsen to 3.31s so I can put power down and avoid the shift to 5th gear at the end of the 1/4.

Yes the manual housings are all cast, even the Eco's.
