I received my eBay emblem today. I was amazed at how heavy it is, probably too heavy for the front grille mesh?
What are people's thoughts on the size? I was hoping it would be the same size as the OEM GT350 badge. Does the howler one I have look to be larger than OEM 350?
Also ordered the mounting plate and hardware with it. I assume the backing plate mounts to the grille and then the emblem is stuck onto the backing plate with the double sided tape?

Installed just fine for me and I haven't had any issues due to weight. I think the size is just fine.

Thanks for the comparison pic. Yours looks smaller than mine but it might be because of the way I've mocked it up (I haven't yet adhered the CCG mesh to the OEM grille frame).

Hey everyone, I just came across this thread and thought I'd introduce myself. My company produces the above badges. I'm glad to see that everyone is liking them! I won't advertise my site as I'm not a sponsor but you can easily deduce what it is from my username.
Some recent developments:
+ I have an ecoboost badge in the works that will be available in about a month
+ I am in the process of switching over the grille badges to have integrated bolts so that the mounting plate and double sided tape are no longer required. These will be available starting in about a month as well.
+ I am going to begin offering custom color badges in the near future. Keep an eye out for a listing on my site.
