So, before everyone gets all angry about religiosity and stuff about my question, I am just curious!

Alright - so Rousch has their little winglets for the rear skirt in front of the wheel - but that's the only "winglet" application I am finding out there....

Not even the splitters or skirt extensions have winglets on them - whats the deal? no one likes them? They sure look hot on the three-fiddy and other performance rides.... how come why none for just the S550?

Thanks guys!

I like the Roush winglets as well. I installed the RTR side splitters and custom cut them around the winglets.

It's from the planes. Having that vertical piece at the end of the wings would reduce turbulence and improve efficiency. On a car, it's just aesthetics.

I'm not a fan of the Roush winglets by themselves, but integrated with the splitter like this they look great !!

I'd like to have the mini-winglets that the PP lip has where it meets the fender wells. If I ever come across a junked out PP splitter dirt cheap, I'd buy it just to hack off those end bits & see if I can figure out a way to make them work with the base GT chin splitter.
