I wonder if the OP question is actually even needed? Are there cars which can take both the regular gas and E85 without any mod to them? You've bought perfectly good car, why do you think you need to do anything with it ? How often do you use all the power to put inconvenience of having to deal with E85 on yourself ?
Test it or worried what percent ethanol was at the pump ? Having 2/3rds of the range of the regular gas ?
Whether you need to tune is the question you only can answer but in 99.9% of cases the answer is always no. Never need, always a want. And it will absolutely void your powertrain warranty.
(and for the record - I have E85 tuned car)
