Hi everyone,
Recently my V6 base evaporator core was diagnosed leaking refrigerant by a dealership. The dealership was going to replace the damn thing. After the technician started tearing up the interior he stopped and refused to work on my car, because my car has aftermarket sound system. So long story short they put the car back together and charged me for their time. Now I’m planning on changing the evaporator myself. Since I have already swapped to Sync3, I’m hoping to find a way to swap to a dual zone evaporator because of couple of reasons:
1- the dual zone is cheaper than the single zone(I know!!! Can’t believe it myself)
2- it’d be nice to have full functionality and capability of the sync3
I’m hoping someone with the knowledge could guide me through what parts I’d need to accomplish the task.
Thanks in advance,
Emil
