Driver door speaker sync 1 to 3

I upgraded to sync 3 from sync 1 in my mustang. I have a base pp model. The issue is when I have Bluetooth on my door speaker doesn't work on my driver door but my when I have it on the radio the speaker works perfectly. Any help would be appreciated.

Along with that i have an acm issue in forscan but it's with the antenna it says open circuit b1a89:13-0a
