Hey all
I had a 2015 GT with a ton of driveline issues that never got resolved. I am now looking at a 22 Mach1 but I'm worried about living this again. Is anyone still seeing these issue? Any major issues I should be aware of ?

for reference driveline vibes were around 60mph on decel and you would feel it in the steering wheel and rear view mirror would vibrate. Some had sound only.

I have a 2018 GT with 56,000 miles. Mine started around 1200 miles and was never resolved. Ford dealerships are of zero help. Made me go in circles saying its the tires, or bent rim etc. I replaced tires around 36,000 miles and nothing changed. Then when I went to the same dealership, they said its due to my rotors being warped. Never willing to admit that something could possibly we wrong with the car elsewhere. I just gave up honestly. My ownership has been soured due to the 10 speed shifting like crap, the constant vibrations in the car starting a 45mph all the way to 85mph (the rear view mirror starts vibrating at higher speeds).

Sorry to hear it man.
From my understanding MOST of the issues were 2015-2017 and it seems some earlier 2018's had it as well. From what I can tell 2019+ dont typically have this issue.

I went through the same exact thing you did in my 15. Got the run arounds a million times. It REALLY left a bad taste in my mouth and I swore off Mustangs for about 4-5 years. Went to GM. Only issue I had there was some bad clutch throw out bearings, and some of the worst dealership experience ever. Im still very hesitant with getting a new mustang though.

Yea, I hear you. I really like the way it looks and sounds but the lack of care from Ford dealerships about addressing the issue makes me feel sad about the brand. Mine is an early 2018 built in Nov of 2017 and yes, the driveline vibration really take the fun out of the driving experience. I recently did a trip from Northern Virginia to Nashville and after driving for a few hours the vibration made my head hurt. Never have I experienced this kind of issue in any other vehicle I own. Anyway, glad to hear that most of the owners of 2018+ models are trouble free.

I had a vibration in my then brand new 2020 Bullitt which caused the mirror and passenger seat backrest to shake if there was no one sitting there, Ford were no help and tried to tell me it’s designed to shake as it’s a sports car, I downloaded a vibration app to my i Phone which narrowed it down to the carden shaft or propshaft as we call it, after printing out graphs and presenting them to the Ford dealer they reluctantly replaced the propshaft under warranty which 90% cured the problem
