Warranty is based on initial vehicle in-service date, NOT production date or model year. Sometimes these cars can sit for a while before purchase. Ask a dealer to run your VIN to find out what that date is.
Agreed as a great friend of mine in Georgia bought a 2015 R model (#16) just this last January and it was still on the MSO and never titled.

He finally titled his car in March therefore his factory 3 year bumper to bumper and 5 year power train warranty just started this Spring and will extend through 2026.

@IceAge, terrific looking car and great find.

Call any Ford dealership and ask them to run an Oasis Report on your car after which time that report will tell you the exact day that your car was born, any warranty work that may have been done on it and most importantly the in service date as to when your 5 year power train warranty launched and when it expires.

With your car being a Tech Pack car your cooling issues should be just fine on the street but if you plan on tracking this car then you need to add some coolers to the engine, tranny and differential.

I have driven my 2015 Tech Pack car very hard on the backroads of the desert and in some extreme heat and personally have yet it go into limp mode but understand that a very few others have experienced limp mode on the street.

As one other member mentioned I agree with his assessment that the 2015 and 2016 engines seem to have done very well from an oil consumption or any other issues for that matter.

Great find and I know that you will have a terrific time with your new ride!

Ok got the original Window Sticker and I do not see the Magneride itemized so guessing itā€™s not on her.

2000 miles on a 350-R. I had a 2018 and never an issue. How about the earlier models?
I'm sure you will get conflicting opinions on this topic, but I will only speak to my personal experience. Bought new in Jan. 2016, mine has just over 22K on the clock, including multiple track days. No oil consumption or breakdowns yet. (knocking on wood). I do my own Amsoil changes religiously and never ever take it to a Ford service dept.

Great to hear and I owned a 2017 GT350 blue which I picked up used and didn't keep her long. But damn this one seems the motor sounds better and sure could be imaging things but she just seems more fun. Maybe its the paint and the non Recaro seats which I just didn't like. And I just recently sold my GT500 2020 which yeh that was a tough decision and really really miss. But figured I'd take advantage of the Used Market and probably will order a 2022 or 2023 special order when the markets adjust. And not talking about getting a deal on the GT500 but the general economy I think is going to have an adjustment in 18-24 months and CASH will be king. Plus I cut my debt basically in half from my GT500 so thats a really good feeling and as all know the GT350 is an extremely fun car. I even sold my Hellcats do to the FUN FACTOR differences which is for sure a big difference. And not bad mouthing the Hellcats since thats my true beginnings being a Mopar guy. And I can honestly say the new GT500 is the baddest ASS race ready production car I have ever owned. And I have owned the Corvettes and Z06'S as well.

Out of the country right now and no documentation with me and could be wrong but I do not recall MagneRide being listed on the Window Sticker for our GT350/R's and unless you have a Base 2016 GT350 which you don't seem to have I suggest that you have MagneRide on your car.

I have attached a copy of the WS for my 2015 GT350 which does not appear to list MagneRide on my vehicle either.

Wow thats awesome and reading the specs off the internet you seem to talk the same language being Base does not have it but the non bas models seem to have it. And I have the Shock Icon on the steering wheel which would tell me it has it since I can adjust the ride from normal to sport.

Interesting to note the window sticker differences, just the circled R is in another spot on my 16R sticker...

So the "R" is the 920A option?

Is the car worth $58k? Again, 350 R, 2000 miles. Magnetic grey.

donā€™t matter whatā€™s itā€™s worth to US...is it worth that to YOU?

just for chits and giggles, there are four 16/17 350Rs on Carvana all priced between 59k and 63k

...but just for reference, they were selling about 10k less then that this time last year šŸ˜‰

It does seem a little steep. Gotta think about resale once the 'crazy' is over.
