I got an E85 tune probably about 8-9 months ago and I've had an issue with the automatic down shift rev-matching that I've basically ignored until recently as it's getting to be quite annoying now! The issue is that whenever I down shift(manual transmission) to a lower gear, a lot of times it will blip the throttle multiple(2-6) times making it hard to release the clutch smoothly and also sounding dumb as well! It doesn't really seem to do it when i'm higher in the RPM's, it usually happens when i'm slowing down say in 3rd shifting to 2nd at maybe 2500 RPM's or shifting into 1st to ride through a parking lot.
I don't recall having any issue with the rev-matching when I had a 93 tune on my car which makes me think it might be a fueling issue. I would think that since E85 uses a lot more fuel vs 93 that any fueling issue would be more pronounced using E85...
The only Mod I have is a PMAS fenderwell CAI. Thoughts?
