Door panel inserts install?

I've tried to search but have yet to find much. I've ordered a Katzkin kit and will be installing it once I receive it. However I've looked and not found much on installing the leather door inserts. Does anyone have advice/experience/know of a thread showing a How To?

Remove the inner panel by prying up on the window switch trim and access panel behind the door handle. Remove bolts and uplug all connectors and door handle cable. The door inserts are plastic welded onto the panel. You'll need to use either a soldering iron or dremel to remove the welds. The factory cloth is held on by adhesive and a staples, just peel it off. You'll need to buy some thin upholstery foam or the katzskin inserts are going to look horrible. Apply 3M Super Trim Adhesive to both the bare panel and foam. Same thing with the katskin. You'll need to use a special self tapping screw to attach the door insert back onto the door panel.

I'd recommend taking the panels yourself and having a local upholstery shop do the swap. It shouldn't be more than $250.

It comes with the leather seats kit. I just ordered the Cardinal set on monday and it comes with the door inserts.
