Door Panel Retainers - Replace after panel removed?

Hey guys, for those of you who've had your door panels off, does removal destroy the retainers like so many cars in my past? I've looked at countless pictures of panels for sale on Ebay, and they all look a little more robust that the ones I'm used to seeing. Do these survive removal, or should I replace? They're a bitch to find for sale online.

They should be fine. I’ve had my panels off half a dozen times and no problems here.

Cool. Didn't want to buy them from the stealership. I usually have good luck finding things online, but these things are unicorns.
