Door dings

I got a very small door ding on the rear wheel well, right where it curves (some a-hole). Is there accessibility to this area to 'massage' it out?

It looks like from my small iPhone photo it’s on the body crease line. You won’t massage it out due to that body line. Good news is, it’s completely fixable using pdr. It will need pushed from the inside and some finessing from a pdr guy. Had same thing happen to my car

Yeah, it’s fully exposed, just gotta pull out the plastics covering it.


edit.Dyslexia or something, I thought that was in front of the tire not behind.

same thing though. You should be able to pull out the trunk panels and be able to reach it. Takes 5 mins to pull the trim out to see

PDR will get most of it out. Since its near a body line it won't get all of it out but will get over 90% out.

Sounds high.i had similar issue here in Atlanta and it was 150

3 places refused to do mine, said it is risky or could get worst.

but my mustang had 5k in hail damage repaired, asked him to do that on my other car. He said sure. He knocked it out in about 30 minutes but I removed the trim around it. So he had direct access to the spot. It’s actually crazy he was able to get it out. When I saw the area from inside, I wouldn’t of thought it would of been possible

can’t see a single mark. I saw it happen. -a guy at Home Depot had like 40lbs of mulch in his cart and he let it slam into my car quarter panel pushing it in. I confronted him, he said so?
Got in car and drove off.

man made me mad.The guy did for free though. He said you just had 5k of work done on the stang and he comp’d quarter Panelbody line dent for free.

i will use them in future, amazing work. Couldn’t see a single dent on the stang all said and done

kinda high but depends on area sometimes. I have a very experienced guy by me that I drive 45 mins and go to his home to make it easy for him. That would be maybe $75 at most.
$150 would be fair.
