I have some morel 3ways on the way and really want to get the best out of them.

Ive already sound deadened the outer skin with dynamat type stuff and foam behind the actual speaker.

I want to go to the next stage and want to try and seal the door as per this vid

Is this worth doing? How have other ppl gone about this? Any pics/vids?

Had a quick look and the door pocket recesses into the gap so a simple abs panel wont cut it, was thinking maybe fiberglassing over the existing membrane then bolting it in place perhaps? Or maybe try and use MLV, i have a cpl of rolls of that.

Details of anyone experiences or thoughts on this would be great :like:

The foam Fast Rings are great. Used them in my Jeep and they made a difference.

I would say at least the fast rings are worth it. On my first S550 I put in a pretty nice set of Components and didn't sound deaden and while they had more detail than stock, they didn't sound way better without sealing to the door panel. When you take it apart you'll see that the factory install has it, and you need to make sure your aftermarket speakers do too to get the speakers "good".
