Don't Hate Me ... 5 Weeks

I ordered mine on 2/22, delivered to the dealer 3/30, in my garage 3/31.

I know that's crazy quick. The last one I ordered, a 2016, took over six months from order to delivery.

I'm actually just kind of dumbfounded.

I keep on checking the window sticker and various indicators (wheels, badassedness) to make sure it's actually the car I ordered.

For those who are waiting a long time, I've experienced that, too. This one just happened fast.

This is my fourth custom ordered Mustang, and whether it takes 5 weeks or 6 months, it's always worth it.

Congrats! I've always been able to find what I wanted on the dealer lot and never ordered a car before. Perhaps , I shall add that to my bucket list.

Ordering from Europe is a totslly different story... And with Covid19 last year it was even worse.

My 2020 GT had this date line:
30. December 2019 - order date
6. January 2020 - order confirmed
Late March 2020 - VIN provided
22. June 2020 - build date
11. September 2020 - delivery date

I ordered mine on 2/17 and it's on its way to the dealer for a 4/17 delivery. That's 49 days I think, seven weeks.
