No. We have a realtor out there who is a friend so he will be our eyes and ears. He will help us with the long distance closing and all that. I had no idea you can use a realtor for new construction. I thought it was for re-sales only.@The Demon are you guys going to have to fly back and forth to check on the progress of your build?
That’s good that you have a realtor friend to look out for you guys. Heck, when we were building, it seemed as if it was too much to ask of the realtor sitting in the subdivision to go and take pics every week or two and send them to us. My wife just got the best news she could get. Her company normally allows no remote working. But they like and value her so much they’re gonna let her remotely work from Florida. Unbelievable.
