I also do have a seat belt clip that I attach to his harness so that he doesn't become a projectile during hard braking/an accident.

hell yea...been waiting just to get a pic of my 120# DDR east german shepherd. I did what some have hinted to, pulled the fake seats out and installed a flat floor so he can go with me to visit the family!

no worries, you arent the only one...hell, I didn’t know much until a year and a half ago!

...there he is next to his running buddy, the west German Shepherd that everyone thinks of.

Happy dogs. Nice. I had Belgian Shepherds, more suited to Australian heat than a West German (much lighter) and flat across the back like the East German. How does he go in races/agility with his buddy?

Only dog allowed in the mustang is our 65lb black lab. the other our 115-120lb yellow lab is banned from the mustang. he sheds so bad I'd be sweeping for days and still not get all the hair. He has completely taken over my wife's car with his hair .

This is what he does whenever he doesn't get shotgun. He alternates between groaning and staring at the roof of the car.
