I've been noticing the same with my GT PP. Only on the first of the drive leaving my subdivision, and it only happens for a very short time. The "hesitating pulsation" describes it perfectly. No other issues to go along with it though, except mildly sluggish shifting, which I would expect with a cold trans.

I get a lot of hesitation under light to gradual acceleration in the 2-3k rpm range. Once it warms up a bit and I start driving it like you're supposed to, no problems at all.

Miss or stutter

Miss is the wrong term as I'd get a CEL if that were the case. Anyways, when the engine is cold and ambient temps are under 70°, I get quite a bit of stuttering around 2500-3300 RPM. I'm thinking that it may be the cams phasing but I'm not really sure. Possibly sticking or the ECU cant make up it's mind where they should be (this is around 30-40% throttle I imagine). After a couple of minutes it runs as expected.

Any ideas what I'm feeling here?

Yeah mine does the same until it reaches temp, for some odd reason.

mine stutters upon cold starts if i drive it right away. i always allow extra time to let it warm up properly.
also, if im stopped my engine cuts out from time to time. it will just fall below 1500 rpm and stall. even in neutral. only happens about 1 time a month. anybody else experience this?

Havent had that yet. Are you saying if you push in the clutch around 1500 it will die (occasionally)? I'm assuming it isnt idling that high.

heres a better break down of what is happening.

1. start car and cold start idle is higher(around 2k rpm)
2. car warms up and idle drops to around 1500 rpm.
3. blip throttle, rpm increases (seems hesitant) only about 200 rpm. yes 200. then it immediately falls below 1500 and the car shudders and recovers, or dies.
(car is in neutral with ebrake up while this occurs)
ill try and get a video of it and start a different thread so i dont thread jack

It seems that your idle is very high. 2k and even 1500 is way too high. your car should idle between 750 and 850 rpm.

Yeah, mine doesn't idle nearly that high, and has never stalled. It just hesitates a little at low-moderate throttle beween 2500-3500rpm before it gets warmed up. If it's warm or I'm driving more aggressively (usually those coincide) then it's fine.

Are you guys running stock intakes or aftermarket?

Mine does that now too ever since I swapped out the stock intake plenum for an AIRAID unit. Runs a little rougher than when it was stock but no stalls.
