Need a Stupid plastic piece called a brake light switch that broke with ease.
The dealership looked at my car and already started asking if i had engine mods...
Will this be covered still?
Or should i just order one and install myself, that is of course anyone has a cheap fix to the broken brake light switch.

Technically they should cover any repair's unless they can prove your mod was the cause of said repair.

Yeah. Unless they can prove that said mod caused whatever part broke, it should be covered under warranty.

EDIT: Also, what did you brake?

Look up brake light switch. It's this little guy you would never no exist, until your brake lights stay on...

Agreed...and that is why I find the relationship with the service department is sooooo important....cooler heads prevail...I always treat the service advisers and managers very well and they always look after me....and that relationship buys me some mod friendliness on their part....

Whenever you see somebody arguing about repairs when their car is modded, they always lose it and then lose the negotiation.

Sorry, I digress....
