Cheers

Completely disabling advance trac is only second to starting the car regardless of where I am going. It is never on. Driving with traction control on is like still riding a bicycle with training wheels ....at age 15.

tbh the mustang TC is shit anyway it kicks in after you've got 90 degree slip angle :)

Interesting. What’s the effect on the handling in Track but with TC still on?

I have a dedicated track car. However a couple if times a year I will put my daily driver on the track to play with it. On the mustang I use the traction control on the tight courses and the more open track layouts I turn it off. Try it out both ways and see which way yields the fastest lap time. Because at the end of the day the fastest time is the way to go. And if that is with T.C. on and you dont want anyone to know, then just dont tell anyone. Remember it's just you and the car. Unless you have a passenger then you may have to pay them to keep your secret.

Race track? First time on track - without t/c on, once comfortable T/c goes off.... and then Advanc trac comes off as well. Drive to your ability not to please someone you'll possibly never meet. If you can drive daily with no nannies, do it, if you don't, who cares :)

I’ve hardly used race mode in the 2 years I’ve owned the car other than to engage line lock a few times Never disengaged traction, not that it does any good anyway tbh. Thinking about it.....I’ve barely altered the steering setting either, just like to get in and be on my way
