I want to delete the catts in my car doing a search most people get like 20whp just by removing them but some say you need a retune and others say you dont need a retune that the cars ecu adjusts itself.
So which is it?
Thanks.

The tune takes care of the CEL, I've run with and without tune. The car definitely runs better with the tune but you can run without one

My car already has a tune. Being tuned would you need a retune?
Some tuners get rid of the light it does not worry me that much i would use a defouler if my tuner doesnt turn it off.
But what about timing and fuel afrs do they need a retune?
