Diode Dynamics app issues

Does anyone have a fix for the app connectivity issues? I have the DRL LED board installed. I have read all the reviews in the Android store and seems like most everyone has connection in issues including me. I was able to connect the first few times without an issue but now it seems to never connect. How can Diode Dynamics sake a product that is this broken. The entire point of these lights is to be able to control them and I have zero control.

My oracle lights are the same as well sometimes the bluetooth won't connect and I have to just disconnect and connect the bluetooth controller again for it to work. It's very annoying.
