Fog lights

I'm having trouble seeing for sure if the EB base model I ordered will have fog lights. Does anyone know for sure? If so, are they LED?
Also since it's a base model EB, I'm guessing the stereo isn't the greatest. What's the easiest and least expensive way to improve the stereo without any whistling or interference and be able to have some decent music?

I don't know about the radio. I've always be satisfied with the radios in newer cars, but maybe that just means that I have bad taste in music. :shrug:

My Boss had the base radio in the S197 and it was terrible.
