I have read my cars stock tune successfully but when I go sync it to the TDN servers, I am unsuccessful. Anyone experience this? I have tried many times to upload it.

I had this same issue recently. My tuner referred me to HPT support. This was HPT's support response:

You will need to update your device using our VCM Suite Software. Please download the latest version of VCM Suite beta onto a windows-based laptop, once the program has been downloaded open VCM Editor and connect your MPVI3 to your laptop using the USB connection. Once VMC Editor is open and your device is connected you will need to select the Icon that looks like a blue circle with an “I” in it which is located on the second tool bar all the way to the right. A new window will open, and you will want to hit the info log button in the new window then the window should populate with information. Once the info log has completed “gathering info” you can close the info log. You will then need to select the help drop down then select the “resync interface” option. VCM Suite will then Prompt you that the firmware on your device is being updated. Once the update has been completed disconnect your MPVI3 from the laptop and go back to your phone and vehicle. You may need to delete the device from your phones blue tooth profile and removed the phone profile from your MPVI3 by powering the device up and holding the BT button for ten seconds. You can then go through the MPVI3 first time setup process with TDN.

Once you have completed these steps you will need to delete the read file from your vehicle profile by swiping right to left then take a new read of your vehicle. Once the read has been completed it should upload to the TDN server and your tuner can send a tune file back.

That still doesn’t help. I’m in the same boat.
