Since I was solo doing the install, doing it the way everyone I've seen do it by lowering the subframe, it's impossible to do by yourself without a lift. Can't get the control arm down enough and still reach in and get the spring out. If you're doing it without a lift you'll need a second person.Since the setup looks almost the same as my Z in the back, I was going to do it the same way. Put the rear on the jackstands, remove tires, put jack under the control arm, remove the bolt from the spindle, lower jack, swap spring, jack control arm back up, and reinstall bolt.
At least, thats my plan. Ill go about it another way if that doesnt work the same on this car... but worked on my 350z and 370z.
