Since the setup looks almost the same as my Z in the back, I was going to do it the same way. Put the rear on the jackstands, remove tires, put jack under the control arm, remove the bolt from the spindle, lower jack, swap spring, jack control arm back up, and reinstall bolt.

At least, thats my plan. Ill go about it another way if that doesnt work the same on this car... but worked on my 350z and 370z.
Since I was solo doing the install, doing it the way everyone I've seen do it by lowering the subframe, it's impossible to do by yourself without a lift. Can't get the control arm down enough and still reach in and get the spring out. If you're doing it without a lift you'll need a second person.

You can do it easily by yourself with jack stands and a jack.

Really? The rear springs? Explain to me how you got the LCA to drop and get the spring out.

They are so soft and squishy I'm a little concerned that they will just spooge out from between the chassis and spring without a cup around the outside diameter to retain it. Although this softness will lend to a lower drop than my original math which might be more appealing.

You lower the each side of the subframe, one at a time, which gives you enough droop to pull out the spring.

Phunk, they go on a mount on the chassis shaped like a cone so they can't move. You might have to cut the inside of the isolators however if the cone mount is too large of diameter. Also, I wouldn't hesitate to put the original isolators in between the new one and the spring.

I know how that works. Even in the video you posted, he had to pull down on the LCA to get the spring out, after the subframe is lowered. On a lift you can hang from it like he did and spin the spring out. On the ground you have to get the LCA down somehow for the spring to get out, by someone kicking it down. I could get the spring loose, but not reach inside to pull it out. Maybe you're more talented than I am, but I couldn't get it out even with the subframe lowered.

Here's mine after doing the front springs but before the rear.

Eibach Pro Kit fronts and stock out back.

I did the rear minutes after this so this is the only photo I have in this configuration.

:D I havent gotten in there yet! I did get my axles here, and I was debating if I should also pick up some BMR parts for the rear suspension and do it all at once!
