Did your dealer honor X-Plan?

I placed an order about a month ago for a GT premium. I don’t get X-Plan through my employer, so the only discount I received was the $1000 factory order credit. I recently found out that my father is eligible for X-Plan, so I asked the dealer if I could apply the discount, and they said they are not doing it for mustangs. I just wanted see if your local dealers honor X-Plan? I feel like they’re just saying they don’t accept it because I already have my order placed with a $1000 deposit, so they have me by the balls.

I’m a bit bummed about this, but there’s really no one to blame here except myself for jumping the gun on an order.

My dealer honored the X Plan from my Mustang Club of America membership on my '21. Here are links on the plan description and ineligible products. Dealer's don't have to participate.

I bought my 14 GT Premium with the "X" plan when I had it through my last employer. I did not place an order though as the car was already ordered by the dealership ready to purchase off their lot.

My dealer honored X-Plan & also processed a $1000 Ford incentive discount when I picked it up.
This is the first time I have used X Plan & it was simple with no hassle.
