Best pricing I've found is from a Ford volume dealer in Texas. Pre/GT/ PP/401A/man/Nav, sticker is 42,700, their web price is 38,500. These guys usually have about 124-150 Mustangs. A base GT/PP/Man/Recaro is 33,500 web price.
I'm sure there are other volumne dealers in other states..
Mind sharing which dealer in TX you're looking at?

I think another member in TX got his 2015 GT for 5K off of sticker. I'm going to aim for 5500 off :D

Agree with Ghostface, I'm in DFW area, what dealer in Tejas had that price?

A local high volume dealer in Mesquite just offered me either a yellow or white base GT manual for about $31,5k but he had no performance pack models.

I was planning on selling my car over the next two months and buying used in the summer but with rates as low as they are and discounts on new like this I might have to pull the trigger now before their on hand stock starts dropping in sticipation of 2016 models.

I didn't, got a base gt PP for $32,700 before using any incentives so it's even lower than that.

I used True Car as a starting point for negotiations, I went to 3 dealers with the true car price and had them all give me their best out the door price. They were all very similar, but the one I went with knocked off another $500. I think I ended up about 8 or 9% below MSRP (pre tax and license) in the end. Of course this was before there were any Mustangs on the lots here in Colorado....

Don't pay more than this
As a TrueCar certified sales consultant, the big problem I have is TrueCar lets you build cars that can't exist. The car in this example is one of them. GT Performance Package and 18" Magnetic wheels. I've had people come in with a quote on a vehicle with 2 different engines in it.

Well, I don't feel so hot about my deal now LOL.

Used TrueCar, got $46k OTD including taxes, licensing and fees with an MSRP of $45k. :headbonk:

It was my first solo negotiation though, so I suppose it could have been worse.
