It rains way to often in southern VA for that to be the case for me. But I was reminded of how hot black leather gets when it is exposed to the sun in a parked convertible yesterday.

Per Ford, Everyone who has already taken delivery should have them shipped to them shortly. Convertibles that are purchased & delivered from here on out should have them with the vehicle at the dealership.

There was a delay on the initial 2/15 release. They're beginning to ship them out in the next week, starting with the first purchases. You should be receiving it in the next few weeks.

In summation, they will arrive when they arrive and (not) one day sooner. If its true that recently shipped 2015 Mustang Convertibles are now arriving with the Tonneau Cover Caps in the trunk, I`m going to have my Car Salesman who sold me my last 4 Vehicles grab mine out of the trunk of a recently delivered Convertible and I will return my pair, when and (if) they ever arrive. I`ll be stopping by my Dealership later this week.
