I got an update from anyone that was on the Tijuca. My car is now at Southampton waiting to get shipped to Liverpool, hopefully on Thursday and then will be transported directly to dealership so hopefully pick up this weekend!

My delivered from says exactly the same, with the same time stamp.
Karen at Ford said mine is shipping this weekend and they show it as being at the dealership week commencing 10th. My dealer said a week later.
But that's the dealer and I'm taking Karen's timing as they organise shipping to dealers and going to pressure the dealer

Just spoke to my dealer and he's now telling me the latest info he has is ETA the 29th!
What is going on??

I know, how can I prove that my car is in Southampton?
The only evidence I have is the "delivered from" status on the WWL site.

That's the exact proof, it's been there for weeks lol, you can message Karen and Stacey for confirmation.

Your dealer sounds like what most do, they book you in on a date and expect you to stick to it, that's fine if it's within the week it's come, or if they have a valid reason like too many car's being PDI'd (which is logical in early april), but, seems like he's taking you for a ride.

Only reason I could see it taking that long would be a huge backlog in so'ton, which there evidently isn't as other owners have been picking up from soton drop-offs around that time already. and even then, that wouldn't be as long as they're claiming!

I'm certainly pressing "send"; deployed my 1st Corporate email system in 1985 so I'm fully-conversant with its use (and what happens after it's pressed)

Emailed them on Monday last week and again on Thursday, nothing back.

Karen responded once to me when I was in NZ in March, and promised to get back to me with my Baltimore sailing info but didn't.

I'm reluctant to be critical as I know they've been doing a great job but as I don't do FB that route is not open to me, and I'm clearly not the only one not getting responses; do they respond to PMs?

I'm not claiming any great knowledge here - mainly confusion! - but although my delivered from was 30 March too, Karen said it wasn't on the immediate next sailing, but the following one that got in a week later.
It certainly seems things are a bit up in the air at the moment, hope you all get your cars soon

The impatience is flowing through my veins. Dealer being rubbish too, completely understand why Karen busy though!

Merc were so proactive when bought my used c63 they pretty much treated me like there most important customer!
