I have a 16 GT Premium (no sub if it matters). I am using Sync 3 and an Android phone.

The audio appears to be delayed by about 2 or so seconds. When listening to music if I skip a song on my phone or steering wheel, there is a slight delay. Also if watching a video on my phone, the audio is delayed the same timing.

Anyone else experience this?

Mine is doing that plus while listening to Bluetooth, songs seem to be "skipping".

Welcome to the world of bluetooth.
My guess is, that the SYNC3 doesn't use one of the advanced standards of bluetooth with low latency, but an older standard, with higher latency, and therefor the delay in music reproduction.
If you cannot live with that, plug your phone into the USB connector.

Will it work if I just change the Bluetooth AVRCP ? Or do I need to activate android auto etc like you mentioned
Changing the AVRCP brought the latency from about 5 seconds to 1ish, connecting via USB and completing Android Auto (which I basically just move right back to the main screen after so I'm not actively using it) got it almost into real time.

I'm hope this helps.
