My auto does it too. Sometimes when shifting with the paddles it will hang for a second or two. A while back someone suggested turning the advance track off in Sport or Track modes and it helps most of the time, still happens out of the blue though. Maybe try the Pedal Max if you don't want to get tuned?

I always thought Pedalmax and items like this were a gimmick. Why is there so little talk of them if they are legit?

They work and there's quite a few threads about them if you do a search. It's not necessary if you have a tune and quite a few people who post on here already have tunes. Think of it as a way to adjust your throttle settings...

My stock auto 5.0 is sluggish. It actually does zero power for what seems like an eternity. Going reverse to drive is the worst.

I've noticed mine can be sluggish & uneven ("jittery") just starting out until I go a few blocks & it warms up a bit. Seems to be OK after most of the time. Some days I feel like I'm driving an old 70's car with a dirty carb & worn distributor cap :(

A good tune will fix that right up.

Same with my 15 GT automatic.

Tune fixed that right up. If I could only have one mod for the entire car, it'd be a tune.

you said you bought the 13 couple months ago...so its used. do you know the previous owner personally? could be a possibility it has a tune of some sort on it already you dont know about...or even the pedalmax addon and its fly by wire delay has already been taken care of.

I got the 13 from a dealer. My first reaction when I bought it, comparing it to the 15, was wonder if this was tuned? From what I was able to find out, the previous owner was a kid in the navy. Has stock air box, but you'd figure he would have brought the tune back to stock. I will look for the Pedalmax though.

I'm surprised your Rousch tune didn't take care of it. Maybe they can tweak it for you if you called them?

I've tried, he will continue to use Rousch. :headbonk:
Sorry  it's an old street address name that was spelled with an "s"
I'll probably never be able to spell it right after writing it that way for years...:headbonk:
