That the DIB basically turns to navy in low light situations and overcast days, is the deal breaker for myself. Living in Seattle will ensure that 280-300 days a year are overcast and dull.

My current car has a much stronger flake in the paint and a purple base to help the paint stay bright no matter the sunlight levels.

It's gotta be BLUE!

After waiting 10 1/2 weeks I was able to pick up my DI Blue 3.7L convertible on Thursday. Friday and Sat. I washed, clay barred, sealed, put two coats of carnuba wax and finished with detail spray. Today I took some pictures. I hope you are ready for some shiny blue sweetness!

No, Is like if the color just doesn't work in the car. Made it look booring lol. I had it next to a CO and the CO was miles better.

I guess DIB can look a little dull in certain lightning conditions and doesnt always pop. But when it does, it can be absolutely stunning.

CO on the other hand may never be boring, but simply isnt a beautiful color. Ever. Loud or gawdy, sure. Gorgeous? Never.

I'll hold my comments on CO -- I will say I've ordered at DIB GT PP, and I love the more subdued look of DIB in certain lighting conditions -- to me it's even more stunning then...
